The Vegan Knife offers vegan, allergy-friendly baking mixes designed to taste just like the cakes and cupcakes you originally remember, says Julie Butcher, Founder and Owner.

The company’s baking products also are easy to use: No mixer is required – just three ingredients and a whisk or spatula.

The Vegan Knife got its start at a farmer’s market in Florida, where Julie would sell the completed baked goods. Demand from tourists, who wanted to make the same products back home, led to the creation of the mixes.
