He envisioned a solution that was more attuned to what fast-growing DTC brands needed. So he created the kind of shipping company that he would have wanted. His overall goal was to reduce shipping costs for the brand while reducing transit times for the consumer. But, if he could make shipping innovative, cool, and sexy in the process, that would be a bonus. Here's his story.
