“Dealing with food is always a labor of love,” says Daniel Nicholson, CEO and honorary Founder of NadaMoo, a dairy-free plant-based frozen dessert brand.
Daniel graduated from the University of Texas in 2007 with a degree in mechanical engineering and went to work for a major energy utility in Spain after graduating. However, it was when he returned from Spain that he uncovered something that would soon be his all-encompassing passion.
It happened when he met the founder of NadaMoo, who was raising capital at that time. Daniel was so taken with the product and the founder that he introduced his family to the founder and they became investors in the company.
