Emily spent some time in Australia, and buckwheat snacks are ubiquitous over there. She revels in the fact that buckwheat adds great texture to any meal, it’s healthy for you, and it makes you feel fuller. This combination of features makes it the perfect snack in her book.
Growing up, Emily was creative and never really fit the mold of a standard office. She now realizes that feeling was the entrepreneur's side of her shining through.
