After being blessed with children, Mathias realized the challenge and need for better food products for kids. He started working in his kitchen while continuing work in management and consulting.
Finding ways to have kids eat better foods day in and day out became his passion. In the beginning, the brand was launched as a kids food mini-market in January 2007. Kidfresh’s products are designed with clean ingredients that both kids and parents love.
According to him, you should be open and willing to pivot when necessary because it helped them get the opportunity to sell outside their brick & mortar store. Stick with your values, don’t be afraid to dare, and go and find your yes.
