Dani says, “many people are putting desserts in jars now, but nothing looks like mine. Because it’s labor intensive. They are hard to make. It is difficult. This is not an easy company to figure out how to scale, but I didn’t want to compromise on the product. I wanted it to look this way, and I wanted to taste this way.”
