In part 1 of this Feature, we sit down with Joshua Ingraham, who truly practices what he teaches. Chef Joshua Ingraham is the founder of Go Buddha, a plant-based food service dedicated to making affordable and accessible plant-based meals.

Starting as a Chef in Cleveland sports arenas, Joshua recalls cooking lots and lots of hot dogs, but he realized his love for a plant-based diet after gaining a second chance.

As Joshua mentions in the interview, plant-based doesn’t always mean going vegetarian or vegan. Go Buddha can be used to supplement your usual diet with a plant-based break.

“It’s about making a mindful and conscious decision about food and just the environment around food.”

In Part 1, we hear about Joshua’s mentor experience; The 100 ft overview of Go Buddha; Normalizing plant-based food; Breaking the cycle and retraining your taste for natural foods; Cleansing your body of media and sugar, and much more.
