Provide a variety and diversity of choices – says Hema Reddy, Founder and CEO of Crafty Counter. In part 2, she continues discussing the evolution of their products.

Initially, her products contained both blended chicken and plant-based offerings. However, talking with poultry farmers opened her eyes, and she realized this she needed to change the recipe. From supporting families to impacting the climate and future generations, the brand re-launched with a true plant-based mission last year.

Hema mentions that products are inspired by Mediterranean herbs, seasoning from Africa as well as India. They are launching a new flavor called Classic Italian. In addition, Crafty Counter has a sustainable supply chain, which is problematic because the existing food manufacturing process is not designed for sustainability.
