In the first part of this Feature, we interview Renee Dunn, CEO & Founder of Amazi Foods.  Amazi Foods is a mindful food company that partners with farmers in Uganda. They source ethically and create a lot of opportunities for the farmers in the area.

Renee is looking to stop taking jobs away from the countries where the raw ingredients are sourced. She started this journey four years ago – two years went into creating the product and another year went into getting to know the market.

Even with a solid supply chain, Renee has troubles from time to time. She reflects on the journey she’s had so far and the struggles to get to this point.

She is using Amazi Foods as a launching pad for locals in Uganda to live their dreams.
